We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items can be refunded; special sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Changes
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hola@dulcecatrina.mx to follow up on your case.
Exempt Goods
The following goods are exempt from refunds:
Gift cards.
Items such as chocolates, and/or products with discounts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to a Gift Card for future purchases, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your email account or spam box again first.

Shipment
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
